Titan
Tool, Inc. was founded as a machine shop in 1968.
Through a series of product development efforts, the
owner obtained a number of patents in the paint spray
equipment and accessory business. Over the years the
company was acquired by other owners thus strengthening
their position in the spray equipment market place. In
January of 1999, Titan was purchased by Wagner Holdings,
Inc., a world leader in the development and
manufacturing of airless power spray equipment for
painters and homeowners. Achievements and acquisitions
of Wagner over the years has made them a rapidly growing
company as market leader around the world, developing a
wide range of painting and decorating products globally.
Today, Wagner has six company-owned manufacturing
facilities located in four countries conducting business
in over 70 countries through 17 subsidiaries.
